Wastin’ MY Money
Has anyone else heard the radio commercial by the Nevada Department of Public Safety about making sure not to hit pedestrians? The guy starts talking about it, and goes on to say, “Do you really think you could live with yourself if you hit someone?” and then a cheerful lady starts singing a jingle that goes somewhat like this:
Siiit Down
Buuuuckle
Fooocussss
And geetttt home aliiiive
REALLY?! Really Nevada, this is how you are spending my tax dollars. I am feeling a mixture of amusement, but mostly sadness, and annoyance that this is what we have come to.
